TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Promotion Period: 13/04/2026 - 18/05/2026.
  2. Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.
  3. Please review carefully the content of the package. Packages are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and Operator shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of third party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that Operator shall not be responsible in any way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.
  4. By playing The Festival in Rozvadov online tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Rozvadov (Czech Republic), in order to participate at The Festival in Rozvadov Live event. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.
  5. All seats for “The Festival in Rozvadov” won via an Online platform MUST be used in one of the destination tournaments “Event #40 - The Festival Main Event Day 1X” from 11th to 15th of June 2026 or “Event #32 - Mixed Games Main Event TORSES Day 1” from 9th to 11th June 2026 (the “Destination Tournament”) or if a player has won several seats in another The Festival tournament from 9th June 2026 to 15th of June 2026 in Rozvadov.
  6. Maximum amount of “The Festival in Rozvadov” packages that a player can win by qualifying via Online platform satellites: 1 per player during the Promotion Duration. Once the player wins a package, he will be excluded from all the future package satellites during the Promotion Duration. The player may still participate in Seat only satellites after winning a package.
  7. In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events “Event #40 - The Festival Main Event Day 1X” or “Event #32 - Mixed Games Main Event TORSES Day 1X”. The onus is on the player to play the first seat and then arrange transfer of additional seats won to another tournament or player if required.
  8. “Event #40 - The Festival Main Event" will be played in Multistack mode with 15% of players ITM and thus receiving a €1,100 Minimum Cash and Day 1's will end once 12.5% of the field remains and players are qualified to Day 2. If a player qualifies multiple times to Day 2, then each Minimum Cash is paid out, but ONLY the players largest qualified stack remains in play for Day 2.
  9. "Event #32 - Mixed Games Main Event TORSES" will be played in Multistack mode. Day 1's will end after 10 levels of play. If a player qualifies multiple times to Day 2, then ONLY the player’s largest qualified stack remains in play for Day 2.
  10. If a player has already qualified to Day-2 and still has ME tickets left, he has an option to: Play another Day 1/Transfer the ticket to another player at the location/Change the ticket to other tournament tickets with a possibility to top up in cash.
  11. Every effort must be made by the player to ensure they play / use all seats won. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the RedStar.
  12. By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have been pre-registered to play with the event organiser, who is considered the data controller. For any privacy related questions, please go to https://www.thefestival.com/privacy-policy.
  13. To participate in the revenue missions, players must opt in once for each mission for the duration of the mission qualification period.

  15. Maximum amount of “€15 The Festival 2026 CZ Entry” entry tickets issued for completing the Low revenue mission: 1 per player during the mission qualification period.
  16. Maximum amount of “€100 The Festival 2026 CZ [M]” entry tickets issued for completing the High revenue mission: 1 per player during the mission qualification period.
  17. The Low revenue mission will award “€15 The Festival 2026 CZ Entry” entry tickets that are valid only in “The Festival” tournaments during the Promotion Duration. “€15 The Festival 2026 CZ Entry” tickets expire on 18/05/2026.
  18. The High revenue mission will award “€100 The Festival 2026 CZ [M]” entry tickets that are valid only in “The Festival” tournaments during the Promotion Duration. “€100 The Festival 2026 CZ [M]” entry tickets expire on the 18/05/2026.
  19. Satellites will award “€XXX The Festival 2026 CZ Entry” tickets or “€XXX The Festival 2026 CZ Auto” auto registration entry tickets which can only be used in “The Festival in Rozvadov” Qualifiers related tournaments whilst the Promotion is in progress. The tickets will expire after the Promotion Period. “€XXX The Festival 2026 CZ Auto” auto registration entry tickets directly register players to the target event.
  20. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, RedStar will return the buy in or the network tickets to the Players and they will be able to register for the next available event. RedStar will not offer any additional compensation to the Players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
  21. We are not responsible for any adverse effects any participants experience throughout the use of their prize.
  22. RedStar Administration and iPoker Network reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on Players that have already participated in this Promotion.
  23. Players may not create more than one account on RedStar poker room website for the purpose of entering the Promotion. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms, we reserve the rights, at our sole discretion, to exclude a Player from participating in the Promotion or to refuse to award a Prize to a Player's account.
  24. If such a breach occurs, the RedStar administration may, at its discretion, close all such a Player’s accounts.
  25. In addition to these rules, all of the normal network rules and RedStar Terms & Conditions apply.
